Creative Design Manager

Job Description
- Design graphics for Social media, Campaigns, Presentations, Brand decks, Merchandise, Events and more.
- Work collaboratively with the Content, Marketing, Events and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually.
- Translate creative briefs into design solutions that align with brand identity and objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Support the production of materials for print, digital, motion, and experiential projects.
- Stay up to date with design trends in music, entertainment and pop culture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
- Basic Video editing and motion design skills are an advantage.
- Strong visual storytelling ability.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative work.
- Passion for pop culture, music, entertainment and youth trends.
