    Corporate Transformation Analyst

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria

    Job Objective(s)

    • Responsible for building strong business relationships, supporting the execution of the corporate strategic plans by delivering on projects and initiatives of varying size, scale, and complexity.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Process Optimisation: Review processes to ensure they are lean, adequately controlled, and meet performance levels/metrics.
    • Technology Effectiveness Reviews: Review use of business solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet business needs.
    • Benefits Realisation Management: Provide support to ensure that the business realises envisage benefits and returns on investments in change initiatives and projects
    • Portfolio Management: Manage prioritisation of initiatives to ensure optimal use of resources and quick value realisation
    • User Support: Work with different units and project teams in the development, review and implementation of:
    • Change Management: Collaborate with other key stakeholders in the planning and implementation of change management initiatives to build organisation-wide support and buy-in for projects, monitors success of initiatives, and measures business impact.
    • Project Management: Manage and oversees strategic initiatives to ensure agreed objectives are met, especially on cost, time and budget.
    • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders by assembling coalitions to identify problems/concerns with planned / on-going projects, agree on suitable resolutions, provide timely information on critical developments, and build support for the successful delivery of projects.
    • New Product Management: Support the development of new products and refinement of existing products to meet changing customer preferences and market needs, considering cross-selling opportunities and other market opportunities
    • Corporate Performance Monitoring: Measure and review performance of operations, initiatives products, and channels to identify improvement opportunities and provide stakeholders with evidence of the extent of progress toward the achievement of business objectives
    • Vendor Management: Provide extensive support in the vendor evaluation and selection process, support client functions in preparing RFPs (Request For Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) in line with project requirements; defines service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, and monitors the activities of external vendors / consultants towards the execution of the tasks/projects for which they were contracted.
    • User Support: Work with different units and project teams in the development, review and implementation of:
      • Procedures for system end users;
      • Training materials and training programs for system end users;
      • Documentation for end users;
      • Online help facility.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
    • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or IT Service Delivery (ITIL).
    • Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) and/or Business Architecture (Certified Business Architect)
    • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci)
    • Professional certification in Process Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience (with 3 years in Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, Financial Services, or other comparative experience )
    • Some quantitative analysis experience (e.g. data analytics, business case creation, etc.)
    • Process automation and modelling experience
    • Microsoft Office proficiency - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
