    Corporate Senior Sales Executive

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead our corporate sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, nurturing high-value client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in complex solution selling, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
    • Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain updated CRM records.
    • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
    • Manage, Mentor, and support junior sales team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic sales role.
    • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling and contract negotiations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience selling unlimited internet solutions, technology solutions within the Internet service provision environment (ISP).
    • Background in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
