Copywriter/Content Creator at UAC

Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and skilled Copywriter & Content Creator to join our dynamic team at 1879 Tech Hub where creativity, innovation, and technology converge to drive business growth, promote sustainability, and deliver lasting value to all stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will excel in crafting persuasive copy and creating engaging content across multiple platforms. This role demands a storyteller with a knack for words, a flair for creativity, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• As a key part of our creative team, you will develop impactful campaigns, write compelling copy, and produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting:

• Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of mediums, including ads, websites, social media, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.

Content Creation:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to target audiences on social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Produce multimedia content such as short videos, carousels, and other visual assets (in collaboration with designers or independently if skilled).
• Conduct research to generate fresh ideas for content, keeping up with industry trends and audience preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a copywriter/content creator, or a similar role.
• Writing Mastery: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas for campaigns and content.
• Adaptability: Skilled at switching between different tones, styles, and formats depending on the audience and platform.
• Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO principles, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Visual Storytelling: Experience in creating or collaborating on visual content such as videos, graphics, and presentations.
• Community Management: Skilled at managing social media pages with a growth mindset

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut etc).
