JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
• Monitor food stock and assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Adapt dishes to accommodate special dietary needs or customer preferences when required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and hazardous materials.
