Job Purpose (Summary):

• To prepare high-quality Lebanese and Syrian meals that meet established culinary standards, hygiene requirements, and organizational needs. The Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting authentic dishes, ensuring consistent taste, freshness, and adherence to food safety regulations while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of authentic Lebanese and Syrian dishes daily.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly menus based on staff needs.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Inspect and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of food items.
• Properly store, label, and preserve ingredients and cooked meals.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
