COO/Head of Business – Signage & Exterior Finishes at Don Quester Consulting

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven COO/Head of Business to lead and scale our signage and branding business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, diversifying the client base, and expanding service offerings, including digital signage and sustainable revenue models.

Job Competency Requirement

1. Ability to develop and execute business growth and transformation strategies.
2. Ability to expand market presence beyond banking into FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, tech, and more.
3. Ability to lead business development, key client relationships, and revenue growth.
4. Ability to oversee budgeting, financial planning, and working capital management.
5. Ability to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service standardization.
6. Ability to implement CRM tools and ensure organization-wide adoption.
7. Ability to foster a high-performance culture and lead a dynamic executive team.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 10+ years’ work experience in senior leadership, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, Exterior Finishes, or related industries.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3. Proven track record in revenue growth and profitability with strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development expertise.
4. Financial management, budgeting, cost control skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
5. Applicant should be willing and ready to travel across Nigeria.
