Contract Technical Writer at AjoCard Limited

Job Description

• Create an end to end documentation that clarifies the AjoCard products (Internal and external) features and benefits. This would include work on requirements and scoping products to include all necessary information that has been included for users to understand.
• Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides.
• Create tutorials to help internal and external end-users use applications (for internal and external product)
• Create and maintain information architecture

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Basic familiarity with software development and SDLC
