• We are offering you the opportunity to join us on permanent contract. The position is based in Nigeria.
• The position we are offering involves the following main tasks:
• legal analysis of tender documents;
• contractual monitoring throughout contract execution;
• implementation and coordination of the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred;
• preparation and follow-up of any litigation files that may arise;
• drafting of subcontracting contracts for projects; claims.

Profile Wanted

• You have five years of higher education degree, you have at least 5 years' experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects.
• You have EPC Contract experience mandatory.
• You are recognised for your excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• You have a good level of English.
