Content Marketing & Visual Production Specialist at OPay

Reports to: Head of Creatives & Branding

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Content Marketing & Visual Production Specialist to lead the creation, editing, and management of compelling visual content across OPay\'s platforms. This role also serves as an internal resource for departments requiring photography, videography, and lighting support.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for digital and social media platforms
• Develop engaging content that aligns with OPay\'s brand identity and marketing objectives
• Manage end-to-end content production — from concept and storyboarding to final delivery
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to a professional standard
• Support internal departments with photography, videography, and lighting needs for events, campaigns, and activations
• Maintain and manage all visual content assets and archives
• Stay current with content trends, platform algorithms, and visual storytelling techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, photography, and videography
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Capcut
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• A strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail
