• We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement through the creation of high-quality and impactful content.
• You will be responsible for developing captivating stories across a variety of digital platforms, fostering brand recognition, and connecting with our target audience on a deeper level

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

• Produce professional-grade photography, videography, and drone piloting to showcase our brand across social media and marketing materials.
• Develop creative and viral-worthy video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, capturing audience attention and driving engagement.

Content Strategy and Development:

• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to define content priorities, establish clear objectives, and develop content calendars and production schedules.
• Craft compelling narratives and storytelling elements that resonate with our target audience and align seamlessly with the Cosgrove brand identity.
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, and audience preferences.
• Work efficiently to edit and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a successful Content Creator.
• Demonstrated ability to generate creative and innovative content concepts that captivate and engage audiences.
• Exceptional proficiency in photography, videography, and editing softwares
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and work independently with minimal supervision.
