Job Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development: Planning and developing long-term ambassador and top voice campaigns that align with our goals and the needs of the target audience
• Content Creation and Editing: Producing high-quality content such as carousels, infographics as well as videos. This includes writing scripts and editing images or video material
• Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of content using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rate to optimize strategies
• Trend Monitoring: Regularly analyzing current social media trends to create relevant and innovative content
• Community Management: Interacting with the target audience to build a loyal community and respond to feedback

Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience building strong B2C content and campaigns. Experience in a startup environment is of benefit
• A creative mastermind with the ability to develop innovative campaigns. You are full of ideas and a force in executing them
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You can inspire people with your passion for transforming education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
