We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join an ongoing project as a Contact Center Agent specializing in survey administration. As a Contact Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to contact clients and administer surveys over the phone. Your goal will be to gather valuable feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is a contract role and the selected candidate will work on Sundays only. Selected candidates will work from home between the hours of 12pm to 5pm every Sunday.
