Job description

The roles and responsibilities of this include but not limited to:

Provide clinical governance across the three centres

• Devise strategies and plans for the clinical departments for the centres according to company standards for excellent service and growth
• Assume responsibility for budgeting and resourcing for centres
• Plan and oversee all patient care operations and programs
• Recruit employees in collaboration with HR team, to ensure the department is staffed with qualified personnel
• Supervise cases and schedules for all patients
• Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
• Ensure your personnel are provided with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
• Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
• Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards
• Responsible for the overall quality of operational and clinical services of the centres and maintaining standards of efficiency and performance
• Service Improvement - ensuring that resources are available to support service improvement initiatives.
• Provide report monthly on service development initiatives
• In collaboration with the business development function, develop a yearly business plan with systems and structures for achieving and monitoring them.
• Research - participate in research projects and carry out regular audits of your clinical work.
• Provide Clinical leadership in interaction, planning and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprising of Psychiatric Nurses, Support Workers, and Clinical Psychologists in delivering a comprehensive high quality service.
• Form partnerships with other hospitals
• Organize and supervise weekly clinical meetings
• Accountable and responsible for the Center services 24hrs of the week
• Perform any other duties as directed by the MD.

Skills

• Proven experience as a lead or other managerial position
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures. If inexperienced must commit to working with the Finance department to acquire these competencies within 3 months of appointment
• Proficient in MS Office collaboration tools and medical applications (EMR)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
• Leadership or managerial certifications
