Summary

• Java Construction is seeking 3 experienced Construction Foremen to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and other site personnel.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly utilized.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or defects to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within the required timeline.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience working on construction sites, preferably large-scale projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of workers effectively.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
