Construction Foreman at ADKAN Services

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to oversee daily site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or building construction with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage and delays.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and site incidents.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
