We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Confidential Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sensitive information, providing high-level administrative support to senior management, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.The Company requires the services of a Confidential Secretary at the Head Office, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Job Description
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and other arrangements.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist with meeting preparations, including taking minutes and distributing follow-up materials.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Executives.
Perform general office duties, such as managing office equipment.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Qualification & Required Skills
A relevant first degree (BSc/HND) in Office Management & Technology, Secretarial Administration or any related discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division/lower credit.
Minimum of at least three (3) years post qualification experience in a similar position.
Not more than 35 years of age.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Clear, friendly and professional communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
