Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated Confectionery Associate with a strong passion for creating delicious and innovative sweets. 
• In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, decorating, and packaging a variety of confectionary products, while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. 
• You will work closely with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of our products, maintaining consistency and creativity in every batch.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a wide range of confectionary products, including chocolates, pastries, and sweets, following set recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all products are made with precision and consistency, maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
• Decorate and finish confectionary items with attention to detail.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring that raw materials and packaging are available and stored properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the confectionary industry.
• Proven experience in the preparation, decoration, and packaging of confectionery items.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality control in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
