    Computer Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • As a Computer Sales Oficer, you will play a critical role in driving company through generating revenue by promoting and selling products to walk in and online customers, meeting monthly targets and providing excellent customer services.
    • This role involves recommending suitable products , and services to customer, handling customer complaints. maintaining product knowledges, arranging displays and supporting inventory documentation.
    • To also particitates in sales promotions, provides market insights and ensures after-sales, follow up to drive customer satisfactiob and retention. KPIs include sales achivevement, customer satisfaction ,retention rate,reporting accurancy and stock accurancy.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell product to walk in and online customers.
    • Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain existing customer base
    • Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization
    • Collaborate with GM Sales to secure, retain, and grow accounts by understanding client’s needs
    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through effective competitor research and business environment analysis
    • Prepare/submit weekly reports on sales and competition activities
    • Customer service & Relationship mangement
    • Make sales demonstration and presentations product features and functions
    • Ensure proper and up-to-date record keeping of customer database
    • Report damagad or obsolete items and suggest replacement
    • Follow-up with online lead generation
    • Establish customers’ needs and selling allocated products accordingly
    • Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
    • Documentation , Reportiing & inventory support.
    • Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
    • Cordinate with technical support for product installation or troubleshooting.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Achivement of monthly Sales targent
    • Customer Retention Rate
    • Customer satisfaction Rating
    • Accuracy of Transactions
    • Product knowledge Level
    • Stock Accuracy.
