Job Description

• The Compression Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring tablet compression machines to produce tablets in accordance with production specifications.
• The role involves adjusting machine parameters, performing in-process quality checks, maintaining equipment, and following all GMP and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Compression Machine: Set up and run tablet press machines (e.g., Fette, Cadmach, Korsch) as per batch instructions.
• Adjust Machine Parameters: Control tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and speed to meet quality standards.
• Conduct In-Process Checks: Inspect tablets for defects and perform regular quality checks during production.
• Clean and Maintain Equipment: Perform cleaning and routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete production records and follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 1 year work experience.
