Job Description

• Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing goods/materials while maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against orders
• Store items properly and maintain organization
• Issue stock based on approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder needs
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and security
• Prepare stock reports for management

Requirements
Education:

• Secondary school certificate (minimum); Diploma/Degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience:

• 1–3 years' experience in a similar storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse role

Skills:

• Inventory/stock management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer/Excel or inventory software proficiency
• Good communication
• Physical stamina (lifting, standing)

Other Requirements:

• Honesty and integrity (handling valuable stock)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
