Compounding Officer (Mixer Operator) at Evans Industries

Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials accurately and prepare premixes according to formulations and compounding guidelines
• Verify and document the accuracy of all ingredients used in the compounding process
• Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work area
• Ensure that all chemicals are labeled and stored properly
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of raw materials supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Perform quality checks on materials weighed and premixed in the compounding area and reports any discrepancy to the QC Officer.
• Communicate with production, quality assurance and warehouse regarding raw material orders and shop floor stock levels.Assist the supervisor and production manager in any job assigned to you.
