    Trailer Driver

    Job Summary 

    • Safely delivering freight at various locations, including over long distances.
    • Planning the most efficient routes and delivering freight on time.
    • Performing truck and trailer inspections before departure to ensure good running order.
    • Inventorizing loads and documenting the condition of the freight before departure.
    • Assisting in the loading and unloading of freight, and obtaining the client's signature on delivery.
    • Securing the freight in place before departure and monitoring its safe distribution throughout the trip.
    • Performing service checks on tire pressure, oil, and fluid levels, as well as minor repairs, when required.

    Warehouse Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Head of the Department in day-to-day activities of the warehouse
    • Involve in the issuing out of finished goods to all customers.

    Job Details

    • Efficient driving of forklift machine.
    • Loading of finished goods.
    • Off loading & stacking of raw and packaging materials.
    • Ensuring that the finished goods loaded is in accordance with the loading order.

    Factory Accountant

    Job Overview

    • To oversee and manage all factory-related financial activities, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost control. The Factory Accountant will ensure accurate reporting of manufacturing costs, support budgeting processes, and provide financial insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities
    Cost Accounting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate costing systems for products and processes.
    • Monitor standard costs vs actual production costs; analyse variances and report findings.
    • Support product pricing decisions through cost analysis.

    Inventory and Production Cost Management:

    • Track and value raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

    • Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with production, procurement, stores, and logistics teams to ensure cost efficiency.
    • Participate in operational meetings to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

    Qualifications and Skills
    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional accounting certification (e.g, ICAN, ACCA) is a strong advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production accounting role.
    • Experience with cost accounting, ERP systems, and inventory control.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.

    Compounding Officer (Mixer Operator)

    Responsibilities

    • Weigh raw materials accurately and prepare premixes according to formulations and compounding guidelines
    • Verify and document the accuracy of all ingredients used in the compounding process
    • Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work area
    • Ensure that all chemicals are labeled and stored properly
    • Assist in the ordering and receiving of raw materials supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Perform quality checks on materials weighed and premixed in the compounding area and reports any discrepancy to the QC Officer.

    Batch Mixer Operator

    Job Summary

    • This role involves preparing and mixing raw materials for lotions, creams, shampoos, and similar personal care products according to specified formulations.
    • The Mixer Operator plays a key role in ensuring batch consistency, quality, and safety in compliance with GMP and company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate mixing tanks, agitators, and related processing equipment.
    • Visually inspect raw materials to ensure the right material was accurately weighed before loading to mixing vessels.
    • Load ingredients into mixing vessels in the correct order, sequence, and timing as stated in batch sheet.
    • Monitor and control mixing times, speeds, and temperatures to ensure product consistency.
    • Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the batch process.
    • Maintain accurate records of batch data including raw material lot numbers, batch codes, and process parameters in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Production Log.
    • Clean, sanitize, and maintain mixers, tanks, and surrounding work areas per sanitation and GMP protocols.
    • Work closely with quality control to ensure products meet required specifications.
    • Report equipment issues, process deviations, or material shortages promptly.
    • Follow all company safety procedures, hygiene standards, and SOPs.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a batch mixer operator or cognate experience in food or cosmetics industry.
    • Suitable Tertiary education or equivalent preferably in science, engineering or any related field.
    • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in-line with current GMP.
    • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols.
    • Ability to read and follow batch sheets, SOPs, and technical instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality.
    • Relevant Professional certifications or membership is an added advantage.

    Fire Safety / HSE Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Fire Safety Officer is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fire safety policies, procedures, and practices to safeguard lives, property, and the environment within the factory premises.
    • The role ensures compliance with fire regulations, proactive risk assessments, and the promotion of fire safety awareness among all employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and enforce HSE policies.
    • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
    • Conduct research on HSE best practices, policy updates, and enforcement of PPE for all employees
    • Develop, implement, and periodically update fire prevention and protection strategies tailored to factory operations and risks.
    • Conduct audits and fire risk assessments across all areas, including chemical and flammable material storage; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
    • Investigate all fire-related incidents and false alarms to determine root causes, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
    • Plan, organize, and deliver fire/HSE training to employees, contractors, fire marshals, and safety marshals.
    • Keep training materials current and ensure all training records are accurately maintained.
    • Organize regular fire drills and contribute to the training of emergency response teams
    • Assist in the development of emergency response plans, fire evacuation procedures, and fire safety policies.
    • Promote awareness and best practices in fire prevention across all levels of staff.
    • Oversee the regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of firefighting equipment, fire alarms, signage, and emergency exits.
    • Monitor the effectiveness and condition of fire doors and automatic fire detection and alarm systems.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of all fires, false alarms, and associated debriefs and lessons learned.
    • Support the development and review of Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) for employees requiring assistance.
    • Ensure all data handling related to fire safety is confidential and compliant with data protection laws and corporate standards.
    • Uphold a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety policies and practices.

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Fire Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
    • Certification in fire safety, firefighting, or emergency management is highly desirable.
    • 3–5 years experience in fire safety within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of local fire codes, safety standards, and risk management principles.
    • Strong communication and training delivery skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
