Experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role experience in a B2B environment, financial services or banking industry.
Proven experience in AML Transaction Monitoring and KYC within a Fintech environment.
Knowledge of the financial crime regulatory framework.
Previous experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring and KYC systems.
Experience and expertise with commercial agreements and contracts, especially data processing agreements.
Understanding the complex interactions of regulatory frameworks in the international finance space.
Knowledge of data protection regulatory framework and requirements
Risk management experience and experience with AML / KYC, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption practices and programs.
Experience in a high-growth team and/or startup experience.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communications, analytical and project management skills.
Thorough knowledge of products, services, operations and systems and extensive dealing with laws, regulations and regulatory agencies related to assigned areas.
Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
