Territory Growth Officer (TGO) at ProcessFlow Consulting

The Territory Growth Officer (TGO) will be responsible for growing power-bank rentals across all Company locations in an assigned cluster. This includes working closely with Operators, driving local awareness, keeping stations visible and available, and finding new high-potential locations for expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow daily power-bank rentals across all assigned company locations
• Meet and exceed company's rental target per location
• Identify low-performing locations and take action to improve usage
• Support Operators with community-level awareness and customer acquisition
• Target markets, campuses, motor parks, transport hubs and other high-footfall areas
• Coordinate simple local activations and partnerships that generate rentals
• Visit assigned Operators regularly
• Ensure Operators are available, actively promoting the company and assisting customers
• Monitor Operator compliance with company processes and standards
• Coach underperforming Operators and escalate persistent issues
• Check station condition, power-bank availability and branding
• Identify and quickly escalate operational issues affecting rentals
• Ensure customers can easily find and access charging at every location
• Recommend intervention or relocation where a location consistently underperforms
• Identify high-footfall communities with strong demand for mobile charging
• Source and assess potential Operators and locations
• Build a pipeline of new locations within the cluster
• Report rental performance, field activity and issues to the Head of Operations
• Share regular field insights on Operators, customers, competitors and market opportunities
• Keep evidence of field visits and agreed actions, and follow up until issues are resolved
