    Community Sales Manager

    Position Overview 

    As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving grassroots sales efforts and building strong relationships within the community. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of sales agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Your ability to inspire and motivate others will directly impact our growth and reach in different communities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of grassroots sales agents. 
    • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to local markets. 
    • Build strong relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and local businesses. 
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members. 
    • Organize community events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. 
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create community-focused campaigns. 
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
    • Provide reports on sales performance and community engagement to senior management.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
    • Proven experience in sales, community engagement, or grassroots marketing. 
    • Strong leadership, team management, excellent communication skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Passion for building relationships and promoting community initiatives. 
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
