    Community Manager

    What You’ll Do
    In this role, you will:

    • Manage the daily operations of the CANs community ecosystem.
    • Build metrics of growth strategies, ensuring longterm success and growth of the community.
    • Foster a sense of community by building relationships with the community across a range of stakeholder types.
    • Work with the Head of Communications & Community to monitor analytical reporting in line with KPIs.
    • Administer coworkers and provide strategic assistance to cowork
    • Research to keep an uptodate knowledge of the industry and competitors
    • Plan and host onsite and virtual community events
    • Analyse the effectiveness of our engagement and social media campaigns to shape the next wave of activity.
    • Ensure all communication and tone of voice is consistent with our brand identity.
    • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media activity.

    What We Expect

    • Bachelor’s Degree in an Arts or Social Sciences field
    • About 2 years experience with relevant understanding of customer experience, social media management and analytics
    • Experience working in a tech ecosystem is a plus
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in GSuite
    • Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
    • Great initiative and drive.
