    The Sokoto State Government, in collaboration with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA), invites applications from qualified Sokoto State indigenes for the position of Community Health Workers (CHEW/JCHEW).

    Eligibility and Required Documents

    • Ensure you meet all requirements and have the necessary documents before submitting your application.

    Eligibility

    • Must be a Sokoto State indigene
    • CHEW (Diploma/Certificate) or JCHEW qualifications
    • Valid Practising Licence (CHPRBN)

    Required Documents

    • Educational Certificates
    • Notification of Registration & Current Practising Licence
    • Proof of Indigene
    • Birth Certificate
    • NIN Slip
    • Applicant’s passport photo
