    Commercial Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to win new business, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive business development activities to acquire new clients across import/export, clearing, and logistics services
    • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value commercial opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients
    • Develop tailored commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
    • Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
    • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales (mandatory)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to develop and execute commercial sales strategies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
