    Commercial Lead - Abia

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lead to spearhead our operations in Umuahia, Abia State. This role involves driving regional growth, expanding our sales team, enhancing processes, and elevating our brand presence in the local market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Regional Expansion:

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the Abia region.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

    Sales Team Development:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear sales targets and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.

    Process Optimization:

    • Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices to improve customer acquisition and retention.

    Branding and Marketing:

    • Develop and execute local branding strategies to increase market visibility.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Umuahia market.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community leaders.
    • Represent Soso Care at local events and forums to enhance brand recognition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and driving regional growth.
    • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Umuahia and Abia State.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
