We have an exciting opportunity available for a Commercial Director to lead our Animal Nutrition Business within Nigeria.
This is seen as key leadership role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to grow and further develop our existing business.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for our Animal Nutrition sales, including the support of Key Accounts.
Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within Nigeria market.
Oversee brand strategies and marketing execution in conjunction with marketing team to maximize awareness and consideration within the region.
Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
Establishing and developing long-term customer relationships.
Monitoring the market and identifying market potential.
Building and sustaining long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
Monthly reporting, sales analytics and insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency.
