Responsible for performing and coordinating the activities of the Plant maintenance, erection, commissioning and improvements related to Cold End Maintenance works.
Responsibilities
Assign, direct and inspect the work of employees involved in the design, installation, repair and servicing of industrial electrical equipment.
Maintain productivity, quality and cost-effective operation to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance and equipment supply at the Cold End area; and maintain permissible stock to avoid breakdown delays due to lack of spare.
Maintain the Quality Inspection machine with proper calibration & validation
Maintain all Cold End equipment with proper PMS & less down time.
Maintainenance of records (PMS, ISO documents etc.,) to be prepared on time timely.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related fields
4 - 6 years experience in a similar role
Use of Microsoft offices - Excel, Words and PowerPoint
Good report writing skills, communication skills - oral and written
Knowledge of Sensor, Control Valve, PLC, SCADA, Drives
Knowledge of Std. engineering Practices and trouble Shooting ability
Knowledge of Inspection machine setting and maintenance, Palletiser, packing machine maintenance.
