The role involves conducting outbound calls, following up on warm and cold leads, and maintaining consistent contact with potential clients to schedule sales meetings.
You’ll manage CRM updates, nurture leads through effective communication, and ensure smooth coordination between prospects and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients daily.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or messages.
Maintain accurate lead information and activity logs in the CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly call/appointment targets.
Understand client needs and communicate our offerings clearly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
Provide timely feedback on call performance and prospect responses.
Required Skills & Competencies
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive and confident phone presence.
Strong organization and time management abilities.
Comfortable working with CRMs and digital communication tools.
Resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
