Coil Turbing Maintenance Supervisor at Uniterm Nigeria Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in equipment manuals are adhered to at all times.
• Fully troubleshoot/fault and find solution to all Coiled Tubing & Pumping Equipment.
• Fully service all Coiled Tubing equipment in accordance with manufacturer maintenance manual
• Performs hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels during pre/post job procedures including Preventative Maintenance (PM's).
• Monitor and ensure Coil Tubing and pumping unit specific equipment certifications.
• Responsible and accountable for pre/ post vehicle & equipment inspections and proper completion of log books.
• Supervise, mentor and train Junior Personnel.
• Maintain suitable records of all training, knowledge and experience gained for use as evidence towards future competency in each service.
• Perform standard daily checks and full maintenance on Coiled Tubing units.
• Inventory and stock coil tubing equipment with related tools and consumables.
• Work effectively with other members of staff to ensure a harmonious working environment.
• Comply with all applicable Health and Safety and Quality regulations as well as internal standards, programs and procedures.
• Consistently demonstrate a commitment to a high level of safety performance. Coordinate workshop safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Working in the shop or in the field, depending on work assignments or work location.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, HND or equivalent
• Seven (7) or more years of work experience as a CTU mechanic or in a similar capacity on CTU.
• IWCF Level 2 Certification would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and skills in well service equipment i.e. CTU supervisory operations
• Hands-on maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical equipment
• Excellent organizational and Presentation skills, with an ability to take initiative and prioritize important tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
