    Field Sales Executive - Aqua

    We are looking for a high-energy, "street-smart" Sales Executive to drive the presence of Chi Farms Catfish in the Lagos nightlife and hospitality scene. Your mission is to position our catfish as the gold standard for the "Point & Kill" and pepper soup menus in top-tier lounges and clubs. You won't just be selling fish; you will be selling quality, consistency, and a reliable supply chain to business owners who demand the best for their high-paying customers.

    Job Details

    • Market Penetration: Identify and onboard high-volume lounges and clubs in areas like Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja GRA, and Surulere.
    • Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with Lounge Managers, Executive Chefs, and Purchasing Officers to ensure Chi Farms is their exclusive catfish supplier.
    • Volume Growth: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly tonnage targets for live and processed catfish.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor the pricing and supply tactics of local "wet markets" and competitors to ensure Chi Farms remains the preferred choice.
    • Logistics Coordination: Work with the farm and delivery teams to ensure timely, fresh delivery to venues before their peak operating hours.

    Requirements

    • Education: B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling to the Lagos hospitality or FMCG sector.
    • Network: An existing "rolodex" of contacts within the Lagos lounge and nightclub circuit is a massive advantage.
    • Skills: Excellent negotiation and "hustle" mentality. You must be comfortable navigating the nightlife environment.
    • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both business owners (CEOs) and back-of-house kitchen staff.
    • Resilience: Ability to work flexible hours, as the lounge industry often operates outside standard 9-to-5 cycles.

    Technical Sales Manager - Poultry Equipment

    We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Poultry equipment portfolio. This is a strategic role for a "Solution Seller" who understands that poultry equipment is an investment, not just a purchase. You will be responsible for identifying large-scale commercial farm projects, consulting on house designs, and closing multi-million naira deals for automated cage systems, floor feeding, and climate control technologies.

    Job Details

    • Project Sourcing: Identify and engage with high-net-worth investors and commercial poultry farmers planning expansion or modernization.
    • Technical Consulting: Conduct site visits to advise clients on house dimensions, ventilation requirements, and the best Big Dutchman systems for their specific bird types (Layers/Broilers).
    • Quotation & Design: Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare technical drawings and comprehensive project quotes for turnkey installations.
    • Deal Closing: Manage long-cycle sales processes, from initial technical presentation to final contract signing and payment.
    • After-Sales Liaison: Work with the installation team to ensure projects are delivered to specification and provide high-level relationship management post-installation.

    Requirements

    • Education: B.Sc/HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
    • Experience: 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in Agricultural Equipment or Construction/Industrial Machinery.
    • Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical drawings and explain the mechanics of automated feeding, egg collection, and climate control systems.
    • Sales Prowess: Proven track record of managing "long-cycle" sales (3–12 months) and closing high-value capital expenditure (CAPEX) deals.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to calculate and present ROI (Return on Investment) to potential clients based on feed conversion ratios and labor savings.
