Clothing Store Manager at Elocuencia Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to attract customers.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
• Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
• Implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and revenue.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, inventory control, and POS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• HND/BSc is required.
• Must be resident in Aleshinloye or nearby area.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
