Clients Relationship Officer at a Public Analyst and Environmental Consultancy Firm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Serves as the main point of contact between clients and the company
2. Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they’re satisfied with the company
3. Provides help and suggestions to clients using the company’s products and services, as well as solving client issues and handling complaints from clients
4. Meets with clients to establish their needs
5. Resolver client issues
6. Identify opportunities for business growth
7. Find new customers
8. Manage the existing business relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BSc/HND in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science & technology or Microbiology 
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
3. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
4. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
5. Detail-oriented.
6. Computer literacy.
7. The ability to travel as needed.
