Provider Manager at Oceanic Health Management Limited

About the Role

The Provider Manager will support the effective management of Oceanic Health Management Limited's healthcare provider network, maintaining productive relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
• Monitor provider performance and service quality.
• Conduct provider visits and support provider engagement activities.
• Address provider concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and documentation processes.
• Monitor compliance with agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with medical operations, claims, and customer-service teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and member experience.
• Prepare reports on provider activities, issues, and performance.

Minimum Requirements

• MBBS/B.NSc./Registered Nurse
• 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, HMO operations, or provider management will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare service delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory when required.
