    Client Relations Associate

    Job Objectives

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our valued customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    • To excel in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also essential in order to prioritize and manage client requests effectively.
    • In addition, you should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, as collaboration with colleagues across different departments is crucial to success in this role.

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve client issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database, ensuring all information is entered and maintained in accordance with company policies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information and liaising with various departments.
    • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure the smooth execution of client requests and projects.
    • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
    • Must be good at business development, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
