Client & Lead Management: Assist the CEO and COO in managing client relationships and leads, ensuring all client needs are met and leads are nurtured effectively.
Creative Lead Generation: Execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Client Satisfaction & AI Agent Performance: Monitor and assess client satisfaction and AI agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and working with the team to implement necessary changes.
AI Agent Implementation: Implement AI agents using templates and prompt engineering, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific client needs.
Optimization of Live Agents: Continuously apply optimisations and tests to live AI agents to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
Pipeline Deployment: Organize and manage the deployment pipeline for AI agents, ensuring timely and efficient rollouts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all operational matters.
Coordination with Product Team: Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and address client requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in client operations, client success, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or AI-driven environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, and AI technologies is highly advantageous.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
