    Client Experience Intern

    Role in Brief 

    Volition Cap seeks a Client Experience Intern to play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive and memorable experience.  The Intern will also work closely with our Client Services team and gain exposure to various aspects of client relationship management.

    Lekki, Lagos (with hybrid work options). 

    Reporting Line 

    Client Experience Manager 

    Roles and Responsibilities 

    • Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
    • Client Communication: Collaborate with the Client Services team to communicate important updates, product information, and promotions to clients through various channels, including email and phone.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the client experience.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions and communications are properly documented in our CRM system.
    • Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
    • Assist in Events: Participate in the planning and execution of client events or webinars.

    Required Skills & Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
    • Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving. 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
    • Eagerness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
