Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

• Plan, shoot, and produce cinematic video content for fashion campaigns, lookbooks, product launches, and brand stories.
• Capture high-quality videos for clothing collections, fittings, runway shows, photoshoots, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with designers, stylists, photographers, and the marketing team to align visuals with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Develop creative shot lists, storyboards, and mood boards for video productions.
• Direct models and talent to achieve desired poses, movements, and emotional expressions on camera.
• Handle lighting, camera setup, composition, and motion to enhance fabric texture, fit, and movement.
• Edit video content, including color grading, sound design, transitions, and cinematic effects.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media, websites, and digital advertising.
• Maintain consistency in visual style across all brand video content.
• Manage and maintain videography equipment and digital asset.
• Stay current with fashion videography trends, cinematic techniques, and social media formats.

Requirement

• Must be a Bachelor degree holder.
• 4 years of experience as a Cinematic Videographer, Fashion Videographer, or similar role. 
• Proven experience shooting cinematic brand or fashion films.
• Demonstrated punctuality and preparation (early arrival is expected).
• Ability to execute a brief exactly as given.
• Strong command of controlled lighting (contrast and shadow discipline).
• Intentional framing and purposeful camera movement.
• Ability to create scenes that feel cinematic, intentional, and dangerous but controlled.
• Access to professional cinema-grade cameras and lenses (gear matters less than mastery).
• Comfort working with shot lists and visual references.
• Cinematic reel submission is mandatory.
• Social-media-only work is insufficient.
