• We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Specialist to join our team at Kids R' Key Academy.
• As a Childcare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere for children, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Care: Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Curriculum Implementation:Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, following our curriculum guidelines to promote cognitive and social development.
• Child Development: Observe and assess children's behavior, recognizing individual needs and tailoring activities to support their growth.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress, behavior, and any relevant concerns.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other childcare specialists and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any behavioral or developmental issues that may arise, seeking guidance from the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress reports, and any incidents that occur during the day.

Qualifications
