This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Security Officer at Nordic Hotel Lagos.
The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff, implementing security protocols and procedures, and managing a team of security personnel.
Qualifications
Security Operations Management, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management and Policy Development skills
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Experience in managing security operations and teams
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical fitness and ability to handle emergency situations
Certification in Security Management or related field
