Chief Revenue Officer – AIRS 009 at Anambra State Government

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• ACA/ACCA/ACTI
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 5-8 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership and unwavering accountability for achieving the specific revenue goals,
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or strategic outcomes assigned to your area of responsibility.
• Provide decisive leadership, mentorship, and rigorous performance management to build a motivated, skilled, and accountable team that is aligned with the SIRS's vision.
• Formulate and implement effective strategies, operational plans, and data-driven initiatives to drive performance and achieve objectives within your function, zone, or unit.
• Continuously monitor performance against set targets using data and analytics, identify gaps or underperformance, and implement swift, decisive corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
• Champion a culture of zero-tolerance for corruption and act as a role model for ethical conduct, ensuring all activities within your purview comply strictly with legal standards and organisational policies.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in processes, technology, and service delivery to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the taxpayer experience.
• Provide regular, accurate, and insightful performance reports to executive management, taking full responsibility for your unit's successes, challenges, and failures.
• Actively collaborate with other Chief Revenue Officers and departments to break down silos, share intelligence, and ensure the seamless execution of organization-wide revenue and transformation initiatives.
