About the Role

• We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive sustainable financial growth.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing financial leadership, business insight, and operational excellence to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the company’s executive management team.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and profitability.
• Manage investor relations, external audits, and relationships with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results and performance, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance processes.
• Lead financial due diligence for investments, mergers, or acquisitions.
• Mentor and manage the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
