The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.
They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
BSc. / HND in Accounting or any other related discipline from a reputable Higher Institution
ACCA/ICAN (20 years post qualification experience)
Prior knowledge and experience in a reputable Chartered Accounting Firm, Multinational or any highly structured organization.
Possess strong supervisory skills with years of relevant experience to back it up.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and knowledge of financial/accounting software applications.
An MBA Degree is an added advantage
Good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
