Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of Experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Professional Certification such as ACA, FCA, CFA or ACCA is an added advantage
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision making is required.
• Experience in the Real Estate Sector is highly desirable, particularly in financial management, project financing, or investment analysis
