Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Pishon and Brooks Advisory Services

JOB SUMMARY:         

• The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for the running of the financial operations of the company.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Management Accounts.
• Preparation and presentation of Annual Management Accounts.
• Presentation of Asset & Liability Committee Report (ALCO).
• Preparation of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Monthly Returns.
• Preparation and presentation of Annual Budget.
• Review and reconciliation of offshore bank accounts.
• Ensuring compliance on financial issues.
• Monitoring of expenses.
• Overseeing and supervision of staff within the department.

• Understanding and application of financial principles & systems
• Understanding of financial trends & general market patterns
• Commercial and business awareness
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Risk Assessment/ Risk Management
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Excellent Business Analysis and Report writing skills

• Ability to work independently

QUALIFICATION

• Must have a first degree (BSc/HND) in Accounting or any related discipline with ACA or ACCA.
• Possession of CIBN certification will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Must have minimum of 10 years post NYSC work experience with 2 years in senior management level
• Demonstrate strong evidence of working in a financial leadership role in a Fintech Company
