Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the food is of high quality and delivered on schedule.
• Menu planning, keeping in mind budget and seasonal food availability.
• All cooking operations are under my supervision.
• Organizing kitchen personnel and aiding them as needed.
• Train staff members to prepare and cook all of the menu items.
• Take inventory of ingredients and equipment as well as place orders for replacements.
• In the kitchen, enforcing safety and sanitation requirements.
• Develop new recipes to keep the cuisine current.
• Keep up with industry developments.
• Receive input and make adjustments.
